Today I was out Coasteering with Ben, Greg and friends. The weather was near perfect and we completed a great journey exploring caves and did some fairly large jumps into some beautiful deep gullies.

Today I was out with the Bartlet family for Mats birthday. We went gorge walking in gorgeous weather and fun was had by all. 

Today we were surfing at Sandend with Martin with blue sunny skies and sunny weather and great waves following some recent wild weather. Great Day! 

Canoeing on the Dee

Today we had a Hen Do canoeing on the river Dee with Liam and Mike. All had fun despite the wether being fairly wide and the river being very high.

Alternative curriculum group.

for the last three days Mike Brownlow and I have been out with a group of young people who are based at transition extreme at an alternative curriculum scheme.
We have had a great three days out working on teamwork and leadership skills while canoeing on the river Dee and coasteering at the cliffs around Cove bay. The group progressed well threw the week and worked hard at their goals so well done guys.
